The Jack Nicklaus Signature Course is considered the original “desert-style” golf experience in the Northwest. Spanning an impressive 7,382 yards, the Nicklaus Course offers a strategic and challenging golf experience for players of all skill levels.

The Event Lawn, Event Pavillion and Chanterelle make for an ideal setting for your awards banquet. From corporate outings, large fundraising tournaments, intimate customer appreciation events, alumni events and more, we can accommodate your needs.

When you host your outing or tournament with us, we do the work for you. We work closely with your group, to make sure that your event is a success.

Tournament Options

Modified Shotgun (for groups of 24-48 players):
- Morning and afternoon Modified Shotgun start times available
- Complimentary scorecards, cart signs, and on-course competitions.
- Professional event scoring for an additional fee.
- Discounted site fees for awards receptions post-golf
Full Course Buyout (for groups of 48 – 120 players):
- The entire course is reserved for the day.
- 40-50 golf carts included, with additional carts available at the group’s expense.
- Complimentary scorecards, cart signs, on-course competitions, and PA system use
- Complimentary use of the Event Pavilion or Chanterelle Ballroom event space post-golf. Food and beverage minimum required with use of the Chanterelle Ballroom

Juniper Lodge

Inspired by the natural landscapes and feature wood furnishings, modern and clean architecture complimented by soft organic layers. An open and bright lounge area features soft seating and a bar serving signature cocktails, fine wine and tapas. Panoramic views of the surrounding forest and bordering mountains connect guests to the outdoors with private outdoor terraces and expansive glass windows.

Chanterelle

Our largest event space here at Juniper Preserve features floor to ceiling windows offering natural lighting and beautiful scenic views, open spaces for many different uses according to your group’s needs, and access to the outdoor private patio that overlooks the 18th hole of our Tom Fazio Championship Course. It also includes brand new, state of the art AV systems and plenty of space for dining and other group activities.

Event Island

Event Island, our most desired outdoor venue, is a stunningly beautiful place to gather. With panoramic views of the golf course and the Cascade Mountain range and a picturesque bridge entrance, the 7,000 square foot private island offers seating on a grass surface and endless opportunities for corporate events and team building activities.

Vacation Rentals

Enjoy the comfort of home along with the services and amenities of a destination resort with our upscale vacation rental townhomes. Perfect for your group or event.

The Trailhead

Enjoy a family-friendly atmosphere at the Trailhead Grill at Juniper Preserve, where seasonally fresh favorites, microbrews and specialty cocktails are served during the summer months. Outdoor and poolside seating are available.

Event Lawn

The event lawn is the natural accompaniment to our Event Island and the perfect location for reception festivities, a cocktail hour or a more casual, summer evening ceremony. Situated to capture the natural beauty of Juniper Preserve along with golf course and mountain views, the Event Lawn will host up to 250 people.
